Cheese produced with sheep milk, semi-seasoned, of regular round shape, nut colour smooth rind, processed with natural wood smoking system, strong and pleasant smell of burned wood, solid white colour with little holes dough cheese, with a delicate blend.
Pasteurized sheep milk, milk enzymes, rennet and salt. Treaded on the rind whit natural smoke solution.
Allergens in the product (DIR. 89/03 CEE all.3): milk and its by-products – pasteurised sheep milk (ingredient).
