The cheese is matured with olive branches, it has a slightly irregular shape and a rind marked by branches of light ochre colour. Ivory paste with fine eyes and a delicate aroma with olive hints supporting a sweet and pleasant taste.
Pasteurized sheep milk, milk enzymes, rennet and salt. Treated on the rind with leaves of olive trees and olive oil
